Abdulhakim Altamimi is the Founder of Altamimi International Consulting Co., a Saudi-based consulting company established to connect international partners with opportunities in Saudi Arabia.

With more than four decades of leadership experience, Abdulhakim Altamimi brings a rare combination of public-sector leadership, aviation expertise, and international business insight. His career began in aviation as a professional pilot, where he accumulated more than 8,000 flight hours and earned an airline transport pilot license with multiple jet and helicopter ratings. That early foundation shaped a leadership style built on discipline, precision, accountability, and decision-making under pressure.

Over the course of his career, he held senior leadership roles in major organizations and developed broad experience in management, operations, and strategic execution. Altamimi also served as President of the civil aviation authority with minister rank, a role that placed him at the center of national-level leadership, regulation, and institutional development.

Following his service in government, Abdulhakim Altamimi founded Altamimi International Consulting in 2019 with a clear vision: to create a business platform that helps international companies and investors build meaningful partnerships in Saudi Arabia. Through Altamimi Consulting, he has focused on bridging markets, creating commercial opportunities, and supporting companies seeking to enter Saudi Arabia with stronger local understanding and strategic direction.
